HEIDI Connect is the connection layer between your social accounts and the software you use to run them. You sign in to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube once, directly with the platform, never through us. Bluesky is connected with an app password that you create at Bluesky yourself and can revoke whenever you want. From then on your command center can publish posts and read your statistics on your behalf. Your regular password never reaches us. Everything we store is encrypted, and you can disconnect an account whenever you want.

Hand the key to your command centerYou get an API key. Your software can then publish and read statistics for the accounts you connected, and never more than you approved with the platform.

how the service uses platform data

HEIDI Connect is a social media management service operated by Linus Svenning, a sole proprietorship registered in Sweden. It is a SaaS platform: our clients are artists, creators, labels and agencies who connect their own Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts to HEIDI Connect through the official OAuth flow of each platform, and their Bluesky account with an app password issued by Bluesky.

Once a client has connected an account, HEIDI Connect acts on that client's behalf and only for that client: it publishes the content they schedule and reads the statistics of their own posts and profile. Reading and replying to comments and direct messages on their own accounts is offered only where the platform has approved it. Clients access this through the HEIDI Command Center software, or through their own software using an API key we issue to them.

Platform Data obtained from Meta is used solely to render these functions back to the client the data belongs to. It is never sold, never shared with any third party, never used for advertising or profiling, and never used to train models. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are deleted immediately when a client disconnects an account.

Access is free for clients who subscribe to HEIDI Command Center, and available as a standalone paid seat for clients who want to use HEIDI Connect with their own software.
