Content that violates those rules may be removed by the platform and may lead to loss of access.
When publishing to TikTok you choose the audience (privacy level) and interaction settings yourself for every post, and you disclose commercial content where applicable. By publishing you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, TikTok's Branded Content Policy.
The service is provided as is. Platforms change their APIs; a publish attempt may fail or be delayed. We are not liable for lost content, missed posts or actions taken by a platform against an account.
