Open /connect and press Koppla bort next to the account. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored access token, the refresh token, and the account details we held for it (platform id, username, display name, profile picture URL, granted permissions). Nothing further is needed from you and no data for that account remains.
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete your user record, all connected accounts and their tokens, your API keys and your publishing log. This is done within 30 days, normally much sooner, and we confirm by email when it is complete.
Instagram — Settings and privacy → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove HEIDI Connect.
Facebook — Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove HEIDI Connect.
TikTok — Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions → remove HEIDI Connect.
Bluesky — Settings → App passwords → delete the password you created for HEIDI Connect.
Revoking from the platform makes our stored token stop working immediately. To also remove the token and account details from our database, use Option 1 or Option 2.
Uploaded media files — deleted automatically 48 hours after upload.
Sign-in links — expire after 20 minutes, or as soon as they are used.
Expired platform tokens — replaced or removed as they expire.
After deletion we retain nothing that identifies you, with one exception: ordinary technical server logs, which contain no access tokens, API keys or secrets, may persist for up to 12 months before rotating out. If you need those removed sooner, say so in your deletion request.
